Poorly staffed with old infrastructure

?Under the current management, this community has shifted entirely toward maximizing profit while neglecting resident satisfaction. I cannot recommend moving here for several key reasons:
?Unjustified Rent Increases: Renewal rates are jumping by $150/month, which is entirely unreasonable given the aging property design. To justify higher prices on their website, they hastily added un-lockable fences to select units, calling them "private lawns"—even though anyone can walk in at... any time.
?Mandatory $80 Internet Fee: Management forced a bulk contract with Spectrum on all residents. They are likely paying wholesale prices while forcing us to pay a premium $80 retail rate for a service we should be allowed to choose independently. If the internet goes down, they claim it's not their problem, proving this was purely a cash grab.
?Closed Amenities: One of the two pools is almost always closed. Even now, during the peak of summer, it is shut down. Last summer, the second pool was closed most of the time, and recently, both were closed simultaneously. Furthermore, the gym is neglected; the leg machine has been broken for months, the TV remote is missing, and the equipment is outdated.
?Removing Conveniences: The community room printer used to be free for the first three pages, then 50¢ per page. When it broke, instead of fixing it, management removed it entirely to save pennies. Other communities in the area manage to keep this basic amenity.
?Passive Management: There are ongoing issues with dog litter and children playing unsafely in the parking lot. Management's only response is to send out generic, ineffective emails rather than taking real action.
?Valet Trash Failures: Despite strict rules about when to put trash out, garbage is frequently left sitting uncollected for days.
?Summary: This property has become too commercialized. The steep price tag does not match the outdated property, broken amenities, and poor service.
